Howdy!
My name's Colton. I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA weightlifting coach. I have a BSc in Exercise Physiology and just over a decade of experience in sports performance, personal training, and rehabilitation.
Over the years I've met a lot of trainers and seen a lot of things. Safe to say (and I hate to say it), the average person's experience with personal training is somewhere between amateur bodybuilding and outpatient rehab. Muscles are cool, but what's the point in looking like a weapon and lifting like a Disney princess?
Maybe I'm oversimplifying, but all of what you're doing is all that you can do. And if all of what you're doing is one form/style of training (powerlifting, "functional" bodybuilding, etc.), it's only a matter of time before you can't do anything outside of it. And then what?
I believe everyone should be training towards a younger version of themselves - trying to reestablish, maintain, or surpass the abilities and resiliencies they had 10+ years ago.
Targeted at exactly that - I created Resistance Rx to deliver the highest quality, wholistic, and performance-driven training programs that I can provide. Every program is a reflection of years of continuing education, practical experience, and personal development.

Thanks for making it this far and checking me out. If you have any questions about programs or training plans, please contact me!
